Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join the Environmental federal sales organization, coordinating proposals from qualification through P&P, drafting content, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

You will work with pursuit teams across federal portfolios, manage multiple tasks remotely, and support compliance and content development for non-technical sections. Hybrid work options and travel as needed are offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management, Journalism, English, or 5+ years of proposal coordination experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
• 1+ years of experience on federal environmental proposals.
• 1+ years of writing experience on proposals to include resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications.
• Proposal experience in engineering, architecture, or environmental industries.
• Advanced English verbal, writing, and proofreading skills with sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities with pursuit teams to meet deadlines.
• Lead coordination, writing, and production of a variety of proposals.
• Manage multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders for timely deliverables.
• Direct and integrate design, editing, and publishing staff for proposals.
