Hightouch, a San Francisco-based company, is seeking a Workplace Operations Coordinator to own the in-person experience across our SF headquarters and remote hubs. You will manage facilities, vendors, events, and the day-to-day running of the SF office, Monday through Thursday on-site, reporting to the CEO's Chief of Staff.

• Experience coordinating office operations and facilities.
• Ability to manage vendors and multiple projects.
• On-site at SF office; Monday–Thursday presence.

• Own building relations, access control, and safety compliance.
• Be the heartbeat of office culture with events and celebrations.
• Shape workplace experience across Hightouch including remote hubs and APAC considerations.
