Qualifications

• Experience or interest in working with adults who have developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable using technology like Microsoft Office and smartphones.
• Flexible schedule with early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours required.
• Knowledge of person-centered thinking.
• Sensitivity to and respect for individual rights.

Responsibilities

• Create a learning environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Design instruction methods based on measurable objectives.
• Maintain records of client progress.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Coordinate individualized service delivery to clients.
