Wwshemi is seeking an operations generalist to support the founders and leadership in an early-stage defense technology setting. The role focuses on keeping people, systems, and projects coordinated as the company scales.

In this on-site SF position, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle vendor relationships, and maintain internal docs and SaaS platforms. A startup or high-growth tech background helps, with strong organization and clear communication as essential qualities.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience in executive operations or high-output generalist roles.
• Experience managing executive scheduling and business travel.
• Experience administering SaaS tools, user access, and project management systems.
• Background in startup or high-growth tech environment with evolving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage executive and team calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate travel bookings, hotels, and on-site logistics for team travel, demos, offsites, and visits.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, contracts, and office administration.
• Build and maintain internal documentation, trackers, and knowledge bases.
• Administer internal tools and SaaS platforms, including provisioning, access management, and renewals.
• Coordinate visitors, NDAs, scheduling, and site visits.
• Support office operations and onboarding logistics.
• Own special projects and operational work across engineering, operations, and leadership.
