Wwshemi is an early-stage AI recruiting startup seeking a role focused on operations, growth, and talent workflows. You will work with the founding team to streamline operations and enhance how recruiting services are delivered.

The position involves analyzing data, building BI reports, documenting workflows, and coordinating multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or BI tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and follow through on deliverables.
• Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, or recruiting software experience is helpful.
• Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models is helpful.
