Slalom is seeking a Consultant to lead complex technical projects and drive business transformation for clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will partner with business and technology teams, gather requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes Agile, hybrid delivery, and AI-enabled approaches, with onsite expectations in the SF Bay Area and up to 5 days/week onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology projects (ERP, SaaS, Cloud, AI) and business transformation.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex technical projects or portfolios from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets and risk.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with transparent status reporting.
