What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee complex technical projects or portfolios from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Ensure project deliverables integrate into a cohesive end-state solution and achieve intended business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency through proactive status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Tailor delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies based on client needs.
  • Develop AI solutions and incorporate AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics to improve delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Facilitate key project ceremonies and governance forums.
  • Manage financial performance, including budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal delivery processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Support testing, UAT coordination, change readiness, and implementation planning as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects (i.e. ERP, SaaS, Cloud, AI) and business transformation initiatives in roles such as Technical Project Manager and/or Business Analyst and/or Delivery Lead.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, architecture, and operations stakeholders.

  • Solid technical foundation with an understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise IT architecture.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end technology project lifecycle - from business case development through planning, execution, deployment, and operational transition.
  • Technical fluency with modern software engineering practices, including familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Copilot), Visual Studio Code, GitHub, source control workflows, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, scaled agile preferred.
