Qualifications

• Hands-on sewing equipment experience.
• Experience in a production manufacturing environment.
• Experience ordering and receiving merchandise.
• Supervisory experience with skilled & unskilled workers.

Responsibilities

• Train offenders in the safe, proper operation of sewing equipment.
• Organize and direct offender work assignments and equipment setup.
• Prepare reports on inventory, equipment, incidents, payroll and production schedules.
• Supervise inmates away from the prison facility for specific job assignments and ensure custody and control.
