Job summary

The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking an Enterprise Operations Supervisor to oversee offender workers and supervise the maintenance of equipment and materials used in production areas, ensuring safety, security, and quality across tasks. You will inspect machines, record work orders, manage materials, and assist in training offenders while complying with procedures and state policies.

A high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience is required; CDL may be required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a production area or correctional industries operation
• Two or more years of any work experience and a high school diploma or GED
• Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a Missouri Class A Commercial Driver’s License within 6 months
• Contingent upon assignment, eligibility for shift differentials and other pay incentives may apply

Responsibilities

• Supervises/trains offenders in enterprise-related tasks and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Maintains security over tools and materials and inspects work for quality and efficiency
• Inspects machines/equipment for proper operation and maintenance; maintains daily work order records
• Performs other related work as assigned
