Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Eligibility for NC certification by the NC Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission.
• Must be at least 20 years of age and a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass required tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises two staff and about 30 offenders.
• Communicates with NC DOT on layout drawings and defects.
• Schedules production and prepares financial and material reports.
• Oversees safety and custody, and coordinates inmate training.
