Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Service Technician to set up units, anchor, level, install VAPS, skirting, and knock-down tasks in Sparks, NV. This contract-to-hire role focuses on hands-on construction, electrical and plumbing work, and completing service orders.

You will maintain tools, complete orders, and build relationships with customers and internal teams in an all-onsite setting. The position offers weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Current valid license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up units, including anchoring, blocking, leveling, and installing interior and exterior components.
• Install and remove skirting as required.
• Perform duties essential to the knock-down of buildings, including shipping wall construction, utility disconnection, and site cleanup.
• Conduct service work for customer units, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Perform customer modifications.
• Complete work orders and service orders via the Field Service Application.
• Maintain proper working condition of all tools and equipment.
• Form and maintain good relationships with external and internal customers.

Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you will be responsible for setting up units, including anchoring, leveling, and installing VAPS, steps, canopies, and ramps. You will also handle the installation and removal of skirting, and perform essential duties for the knock-down of buildings. Your role will involve service work on customer units, including electrical and plumbing tasks, and completing work and service orders using the Field Service Application.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
