HomeServices of America seeks a Settlement Processor to handle pre-closing coordination with lenders, prepare closing statements, issue title policies, and manage recording and disbursement tasks. You will ensure compliance and timely processing across the settlement cycle.

The role requires title-related experience, notary certification (or ability to obtain it within 90 days), and a valid Title Producer’s license where applicable. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or experience equivalent.
• Notary Public certification, if not certified can obtain within 90 days.
• Title Producer’s license in applicable state or ability to become licensed within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Review and clear title.
• Identify underwriting concerns.
• Prepare the Closing Disclosure when applicable.
• Order bring downs and tax certifications.
• Obtain conveyancing.
• Prepare daily deposits; Process incoming and outgoing recordings and letters of indemnity.
• Other duties as required
