CoreTitle LLC in Northfield, NJ is seeking a meticulous Title Processor to join our expanding Shore Division. This in-office role requires your ability to review title commitments, verify tax information, and prepare closing disclosures while coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to schedule closings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of title processing experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.

• 2+ years of experience in title processing or similar role.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills.
• Ability to track and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Review Title Commitment/Binders for accuracy.
• Verify Transfer and Recordation tax information.
• Verify accuracy of provided documentation.
• Prepare Preliminary and Final Closing Disclosures or HUD-1s and ALTA statements.
• Coordinate with Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Lender to schedule Closing.
• Prepare closing documents for settlement.
• Balance files for closing.
