Lead a three-shift set-up team of about 13 employees and promote knowledge transfer between technicians. The successful candidate will drive improvements, communicate issues to leadership, and support reliability of production through proactive setup and problem-solving in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience leading a set-up or maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-shift set-up team across weekends (≈13 employees).
• Coach and mentor technicians for best practices and safety.
• Install tooling and ensure proper setup for thermoforming production.
• Verify machines produce quality parts and maintain tolerances.
• Document setup information for future use and knowledge transfer.
