Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking Production Leads for our Janesville, WI facility. You will lead a team, oversee production, and ensure quality and safety while delivering high-quality products that meet customer and organizational requirements.

The role supports a 2nd shift (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, M-F) with compensation commensurate with experience. As part of a dynamic manufacturing team, you will contribute to process development, safety, scheduling, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to use math for precise counts and measurements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and at all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team; oversee production within the department.
• Conduct safety and visual quality inspections.
• Assist with Production Schedule based on staffing and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain workflow for efficient use of equipment.
• Assist in on-the-job training.
