You will ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment, buildings, and grounds in alignment with regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• An understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and/or Numatics concepts
• Leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure Maintenance Technicians are trained, scheduled, and equipped for safe, timely, and cost-effective maintenance.
• Be proactive in ensuring that buildings, machines, and support equipment are utilized in a safe and efficient manner; conduct training as required.
• Repair, service, and perform skilled maintenance on manufacturing, production support equipment, vehicles, building, and grounds.
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Procure and manage inventory of repair and spare parts; maintain adequate stock and inventory.
• Work with outside contractors, vendors, and OEMs to ensure safe operation, installation, and repair of all equipment, while acting as project manager on assigned tasks
