Job summary

PowerTech LLC in Council Bluffs, IA, seeks a Business Systems Administrator to own ServiceTitan and other operational platforms, ensuring data integrity and effective user enablement.

You will configure systems, manage users and permissions, test upgrades, and develop SOPs and training materials to improve adoption and efficiency across office and field teams.

Collaborates with Operations, Accounting, HR and IT to design process improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience administering business systems, operational software, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or similar technologies.
• Experience training end users and supporting software adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workflow management and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and user issues independently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, office staff, vendors, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for ServiceTitan and other operational software.
• Lead system configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and role-based access.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all system modules.
• Evaluate new features, enhancements, and updates and coordinate implementation.
• Test and validate system upgrades prior to deployment.
• Monitor system usage, technology adoption, and Service Titan score trends to identify opportunities to improve workflows, user engagement, and overall system performance.
• Develop and support adoption strategies that improve consistent use of Service Titan and other operational technologies across office and field teams.
• Partner with department leaders to design and implement process improvements through technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
