You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure systems deliver measurable business value and support growth.

The role emphasizes AI-powered productivity, ERP initiatives, dashboards, and process improvements to scale operations while training staff across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, business applications, or related technologies.
• Strong technology aptitude and systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs for end users.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Systems Administration: Serve as primary administrator and system owner for ServiceTitan and other enterprise applications; Manage user permissions, security roles, configurations, workflows, and governance standards; Support future ERP implementations and ongoing administration efforts; Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance; Coordinate testing, upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
