Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to design, implement, and optimize ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems. You will lead projects, analyze pricing and memberships, and act as a strategic internal consultant to support growth through M&A and organic initiatives.

The role emphasizes building a ServiceTitan Center of Excellence, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential trades, with at least 5 years as a ServiceTitan super user.
• 5+ years of experience with pricebooks and memberships.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceTitan CoE and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven proposals.

Responsibilities

• Leverage extensive ServiceTitan experience to optimize operations and customer experience.
• Construct and evolve ServiceTitan instances based on business needs and leadership input.
• Act as internal consultant for ServiceTitan projects, including requirements analysis and configuration development.
• Develop relationships with ServiceTitan resources and monitor product roadmap and vendor support.
• Oversee lifecycle of ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems, including upgrades and performance optimization.
