Job summary

Guild Garage Group is seeking a ServiceTitan Integrations Manager (PSM) for Residential Home Services (Garage Doors). This remote role reports to the VP of Integrations and offers a $90,000–$110,000 annual salary. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization across brands, acting as the go-to ServiceTitan expert and ensuring operational consistency.

The role demands strong project management, training, and relationship management skills, with travel onsite for go-live support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience as a ServiceTitan user or admin.
• Experience guiding brands through onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ServiceTitan partner for Guild Garage Group brands.
• Guide brands from onboarding through operational maturity.
• Train CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, and managers on ServiceTitan workflows.
• Travel onsite 1–2 weeks during go-live to support launch and stabilization.
