TEKsystems is seeking a Service Operations Center (SOC) Analyst in Dublin, OH for a contract-to-hire, hybrid role. You will monitor enterprise systems, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolution in a 24x365 environment, collaborating with NOC/SOC teams and cross‑functional partners.

The ideal candidate has SOC/NOC experience, Linux know‑how, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during critical incidents while driving improvements and automation across the stack.

Contract-to-Hire | $25-$35/hr | Hybrid | Dublin, OH

Are you a well-rounded IT operations professional who enjoys troubleshooting, monitoring enterprise systems, and responding to critical incidents? We are seeking a Service Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join a highly visible operations team responsible for supporting large-scale infrastructure and business‑critical services in a 24x365 environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in a NOC, SOC, Command Center, Production Support, or Infrastructure Operations environment who want to expand their exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and incident management.

Schedule

Night Shift

• Sunday: 1:00 AM - 7:30 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Monday: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Tuesday: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Work Environment

Hybrid Schedule

• Regular onsite presence required in Dublin, Ohio
• Every fourth week is fully remote

Compensation

• $25-$35/hour
• Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long‑term growth potential

What You'll Do

• Monitor enterprise applications, infrastructure, and critical business services
• Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate incidents and outages
• Perform incident management activities including triage, communication, and resolution coordination
• Execute approved change requests and operational procedures
• Communicate service health and status updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and operational efficiencies
• Help maintain service availability, stability, and performance across a complex enterprise environment

Required Skills

• Experience working in a NOC, SOC, Service Desk, Command Center, or similar 24x365 operations environment
• Strong troubleshooting and issue‑resolution skills
• Experience with incident management and escalation processes
• Hands‑on experience supporting Linux environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective during high‑priority incidents
• Comfortable working across multiple technologies and operational disciplines

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
