Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, applications, and technology platforms for issues and alerts
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support for desktops, applications, and operational systems
• Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams
• Complete scheduled operational tasks and system checks
• Monitor automated jobs and file transfers
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Support service requests and user issues
• Follow established procedures, checklists, and IT best practices
• Assist with maintaining operational documentation
• Help ensure technology services remain available and functioning properly

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
