Job summary

Huron is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Manager) to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations across CSM, HRSD, EAM and more, in a client-facing role with hybrid delivery. You will drive requirements, design future state processes, and mentor teams to deliver measurable automation outcomes.

As a Manager, you will guide workshops, define user stories, and demonstrate best-practice ServiceNow capabilities while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant in complex implementations.
• 6+ greenfield ServiceNow module implementations (CSM, HRSD, EAM, etc).
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED.
• ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Business Process Analyst Professional badge REQUIRED.
• Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training; and/or multiple micro-certifications.
• Experience with hybrid waterfall / agile delivery for ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong User Story definition and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data, identify trends, and derive insights to inform decisions.
• Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure automation impact.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and define future state processes.
• Define and document user stories and acceptance criteria for solutions.
• Demonstrate out-of-box ServiceNow functionality to clients and stakeholders.
• Coach clients in developing and executing User Acceptance Test plans.
