Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant in increasingly complex implementations.
• 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, EAM, etc.).
• Current ServiceNow CSA REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document performance metrics and KPIs to measure automation impact.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and future-state processes.
• Define and validate user stories and acceptance criteria; demonstrate out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.
