Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow support and implementations for ITOM and HRSD modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions and architecture.
• Define and maintain platform architecture, data models, and integration designs across modules.
• Drive CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow design best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Widgets, and IntegrationHub.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems utilizing REST, SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.
