Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams managing project delivery.
• Build new client relationships ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Guide the effective management and delivery of processes.

Skills

Strong business acumen

Excellent executive communication

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models

Ability to advise on CMDB/ITOM integration and governance

Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities

Experience mentoring teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
