Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Integrator for the GSM-O II contract to support DISN within the DODIN for DISA. The role centers on establishing environments, containerizing microservices, and driving ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

You will collaborate with a highly technical team, perform ITIL-aligned processes, and assist in upgrades while addressing security STIGs. Travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with less than 2 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain DoD Top Secret.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT II within 14 days of start date.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or ITIL certification.
• Experience delivering data driven operations in a DoD environment with security standards.
• 2+ years standing up, configuring, and/or maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, Confluence.
• Willingness to commute to multiple locations (SCOTT AFB, Ft. Meade, Ogden, San Antonio).

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team.
• Create containers to enable cloud-native microservices.
• Assist in CI/CD development and automation.
• Support configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM modules.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Architect tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support upgrades of applications and platforms.
• Resolve vulnerabilities related to STIGs and scans.
• Assist in business process flows and re-engineering.
• Work with team to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Identify patterns in data to improve customer experience and network performance.
