Deloitte’s GPS practice is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join the Cyber Strategy & Transformation group. You’ll lead requirements workshops, capture business needs, and document future-state processes for IT operations, risk, and AI governance.

You’ll configure forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow, collaborating with client teams and delivering project artifacts. Required: 1+ year in ServiceNow client-facing projects, ability to travel ~50%, US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 1+ years of ServiceNow implementation consulting.
• Ability to travel ~50% based on client needs.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship now or in future.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM/IRIM/SOC/TPRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze processes to identify ServiceNow configuration opportunities.
• Support design, configuration of forms, workflows, and dashboards.
• Produce functional specs, test scenarios, and release notes.
• Collaborate with client teams to support demonstrations and testing
