Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow ServiceNow Senior Manager to lead cyber risk management initiatives on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will design and implement IRM/GRC/SecOps using the ServiceNow platform, mentor global teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Tech Risk, deep ServiceNow expertise, and consulting or Big4 background. Travel about 50% and strong stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Tech Risk technology solution design and architecture.
• Experience with ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, TPRM.
• 10+ years of deep ServiceNow expertise with certifications and hands-on design/implementation.
• 10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations including solution design and technical architecture.
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for IRM, GRC, and SecOps leveraging ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, SecOps modules incl. ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement applying industry practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
