Job summary

Deloitte seeks a ServiceNow Senior Manager to lead cyber risk transformation on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in the United States. You will drive IRM, GRC, and SecOps implementations using ServiceNow, overseeing ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB while mentoring global delivery teams.

Required is a BA/BS in a related field and 10+ years of ServiceNow leadership with the ability to travel about half the time. Strong advisory skills and prior Big 4 or consulting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Security.
10+ years of hands-on Tech Risk technology solution design and architecture.
10+ years of ServiceNow experience with implementation, design, and integration.
Ability to travel ~50% and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise risk management, GRC, and SecOps strategies on ServiceNow.
Lead design and deployment of IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules including ITSM/ITAM/CMDB.
Provide trusted advisory to executives translating business needs to technical solutions.
Guide global delivery teams and contribute to go-to-market service offerings.
