Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow - Consultant, Strategy & Transformation to join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will analyze processes, capture requirements, and design configurations across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, Security Operations, and more while supporting governance and AI use cases.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver artifacts, tests, training, and adoption activities, while traveling up to 50% to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business.
• 2+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing consulting role.
• 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting process flows or user stories.
• 2+ years of experience designing, configuring, or implementing ServiceNow solutions in ITOM/ITAM/IRM/Security Operations/TPRM.
• 2+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, reports, dashboards, roles, or access controls.
• Ability to travel 50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and document business requirements.
• Analyze processes, controls, and tools to identify opportunities for ServiceNow configuration and automation.
• Contribute to functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Support data models, taxonomies, workflows, and reporting requirements for cyber and AI governance.
• Produce project artifacts including requirements, functional designs, test scenarios, and deployment materials.
• Collaborate with client teams to support demonstrations, testing, training, and adoption.
