Job summary

Ladders seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to configure and optimize ServiceNow solutions for provider and consumer environments. You will partner with internal teams to implement integrations, workflows, and testing practices that improve readiness and deployment quality. This is a hands-on role supporting UAT, automation, and environment stability.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $170,000 annually, with opportunities to impact ongoing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, CSM and ITSM environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, playbooks, and workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure ServiceNow integration functionality for provider and consumer environments.
• Set up vendor catalog items and data transformations.
• Validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure environment readiness.
• Troubleshoot UAT issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Build and update test plans for ongoing development and deployments.

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will focus on configuring and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support both provider and consumer environments. The consultant will partner with internal teams to implement integrations, workflows, and testing practices that improve readiness and deployment quality. This is a hands‑on opportunity to support UAT, automation, and environment stability across ongoing technology initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $170,000 annually
