Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes.

You will partner with business leaders, portfolio managers, Agile teams, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions driving governance, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications required with 8+ years of platform architecture, implementation, and design experience.
• Hands-on expertise implementing ServiceNow SPM and ITSM, with experience in portfolio/demand/project management within ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery platforms; strong governance and enterprise architecture understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM across enterprise environments.
• Define governance, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Design enterprise Agile operating models including portfolio intake, demand, projects, Sprint, and Kanban.
