Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta. You will lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions aligning portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes.

You will partner with portfolio managers, Agile teams, and stakeholders to drive governance, automation, and platform modernization while mentoring developers and analysts. Hybrid/onsite collaboration may be required in Atlanta.

Qualifications

Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications are required.
8+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and design experience.
Proven hands-on experience with SPM and ITSM in enterprise environments.
Experience designing portfolio, demand, and project management in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of platform configuration, integrations, and workflow automation.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
Define scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
Design enterprise Agile operating models: portfolio intake, demand, project execution, sprint planning, Kanban.
Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
Lead platform governance, performance optimization, and release management.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to teams.
