Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise SPM solutions aligned with portfolio strategy, Agile delivery, and business outcomes.

You will drive governance, platform modernization, and integration across ITSM, SPM, and Azure DevOps while mentoring cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Active CSA, CAD and CIS-SPM certifications required.
• 8+ years ServiceNow platform architecture and design experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM implementation experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Design enterprise Agile operating models, including portfolio intake and Kanban workflows.
• Mentor developers and analysts while driving governance, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
