Cognizant in Atlanta is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architecture Manager to lead enterprise SPM solutions, aligning portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes. You will partner with business leaders, portfolio managers, and developers to design scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive governance and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and solution design experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise implementing ServiceNow SPM and ITSM.
• Experience designing portfolio management, demand management, and Agile in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in platform configuration, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional technical teams and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Design and implement enterprise Agile operating models including portfolio intake and Kanban workflows.
• Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation, platform governance, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
