Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise SPM solutions, aligning portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes.

You will partner with leaders, portfolio managers, Agile teams, and tech stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive governance, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications required.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and design experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SPM and ITSM in ServiceNow.
• Experience designing portfolio, demand, and project management in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SPM solutions.
• Govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integrations.
• Design enterprise Agile operating models and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps and ITSM processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable roadmaps and governance practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams.
