Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta to lead design and implementation of enterprise SPM solutions. You will partner with business leaders, portfolio managers, Agile teams, and stakeholders to drive governance, digital transformation, and platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Active CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications required.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and design experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise in SPM and ITSM on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience designing portfolio/demand/project management and Agile in ServiceNow.
• Strong governance, data modeling, integrations, and workflow automation skills.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Design and implement enterprise Agile operating models including intake, demand, project execution, Sprint planning, and Kanban workflows.
• Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation, service management optimization, CMDB governance, and platform modernization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, admins, and analysts.
• Drive governance, performance optimization, release management, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
