Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager to lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions aligning portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes. You will partner with leaders across Enterprise Platforms to drive governance, platform modernization, and digital transformation.
Role requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA/CAD/CIS-SPM certifications, and strong stakeholder leadership.
Qualifications
- Active CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications are required.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and design.
- Hands-on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM experience.
- Experience with portfolio/demand/project management in ServiceNow.
- Strong platform configuration, integrations, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SPM solutions.
- Define scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and standards.
- Design enterprise Agile operating models including intake, demand, and Kanban.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Lead platform governance, performance, and release management.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts.
