Venatôre is seeking a mid‑level ServiceNow Engineer to support the USCENTCOM J6 IT Services program in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include configuring, implementing, and sustaining the SPM module, developing workflows, and integrating with ITSM/CMDB/ITOM to improve portfolio visibility and decision‑making.

The role requires 4–6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, a solid security mindset, and an active Secret clearance; hybrid onsite/remote schedule offered in a demanding federal

Formación

• 4–6+ years hands‑on ServiceNow engineering, configuration, development, and implementation.
• Minimum 2 years direct experience with SPM or PPM in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SPM/PPM: Demand, Project, Resource, and Financial management.
• Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for portfolio visibility.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, implement, and sustain ServiceNow SPM capabilities across Demand, Project, Resource, and Financial Management.
• Develop workflows, rules, scripts, UI policies, and reporting.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable configurations.
• Support patching, upgrades, and migrations; assist in troubleshooting.
