Job summary

Venatre is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to support the USCENTCOM CITS Program in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on configuring, implementing, enhancing, and sustaining the ServiceNow SPM module within a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate combines ServiceNow development expertise with strong engineering judgment, and will work onsite four days a week with one day remote. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on ServiceNow engineering, configuration, development and implementation.
• Experience with SPM/PPM capabilities including Demand, Project, Resource, and Investment Funding.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and ServiceNow development tools.
• Ability to design and maintain dashboards and reports for portfolio visibility.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, enhance, and sustain ServiceNow SPM module.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and reporting.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM using REST and SOAP.
• Support patching, upgrades, and version migrations; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to improve portfolio visibility and decision making.
