The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and sustaining the SPM module within a large ServiceNow environment to support portfolio visibility and program decision‑making. The candidate will build workflows, reports, and integrations, coordinate with ServiceNow teams, and ensure secure, scalable configurations while reducing technical debt.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow engineering, configuration, and implementation experience.
• 2+ years of direct, hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow SPM/PPM module.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with demand, project/resource management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, enhance, and sustain the SPM module including Demand, Project, Resource, and Financial management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for portfolio visibility and decision‑making.
• Build and maintain integrations between SPM and ITSM/CMDB/ITOM using REST and SOAP.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on standards and integration points.
• Support patching, upgrades, and migrations of ServiceNow infrastructure.
