Job summary

Intact Technology in Reston, VA, is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to act as a technical pre-sales partner, designing ServiceNow solutions and translating customer needs into actionable architectures.

The role requires collaborating with Account Executives, Delivery, and Solution Architecture across RFIs/RFPs, with a strong emphasis on demonstrations, executive storytelling, and staying current with ServiceNow releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise technology experience including ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to business value for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting US Federal government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design of ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Develop technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Architecture to validate feasibility and approach.
