Bytemethod.ai, a Dexian subsidiary, is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead delivery on Now Assist AI projects and related ServiceNow engagements. This bench role requires architectural leadership across multiple client projects, hands-on configuration, and collaboration with account teams on scoping and demos.

You will own technical delivery for Now Assist capabilities, AI search, and case summarization, working across SPM Pro, BCM, HRSD, and AI Digital Worker initiatives.

Competenze

• 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform with delivery and/or pre-sales experience.
• Hands-on configuration and delivery of Now Assist AI Search, case summarization, and deflection metrics.
• Experience leading multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to scoping calls or demos with technical credibility.
• Strong collaboration with account teams and infrastructure context when needed.

About the Role

Bytemethod.ai is a ServiceNow focused AI consultancy and a wholly owned subsidiary of Dexian. We are seeing growing demand for Now Assist and AI Digital Worker engagements alongside our SPM Pro, BCM, and HRSD work, and we need a Solutions Architect who can lead delivery on those engagements once they are awarded. This is a bench role, which means you will carry technical ownership across multiple active client projects at the same time, not just one account.

You will be the lead architect executing the build once a deal closes, and from time to time you will assist the account team on a scoping call or a demo when they need technical credibility in the room. But make no mistake, the core of this job is delivery. You are building and configuring these solutions for real clients, on real timelines, often on more than one engagement at once.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical architecture and hands on delivery for SPM Pro, BCM, HRSD, and Now Assist AI Digital Worker implementations once projects are awarded
• Design and configure Now Assist capabilities including AI Search, generative case summarization, and deflection workflows for active client engagements
• Carry delivery responsibility across multiple concurrent awarded projects, prioritizing and context switching as client timelines require
• Assist the account team on scoping calls or client demos when needed, though this is a supporting responsibility, not the core of the role
• Rotate across two to three active client engagements at a time, ramping quickly on each environment
• Partner with the infrastructure architect on the bench when engagements need CMDB or ITOM context for AI use cases
• Document architecture decisions and configuration choices so knowledge transfers cleanly when you rotate to the next engagement

Employee Center build experience, integration work with HCM systems a plus

Experience

5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, with demonstrated pre-sales or client demo experience

Soft Skills

Strong hands on delivery focus, capable of managing multiple concurrent client relationships, and comfortable stepping into a scoping call or demo when the account team needs support
