Bytemethod.ai is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on infrastructure and operations within ServiceNow. This bench role moves between client engagements, providing strong technical leadership and architectural decisions across CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset management engagements.

You will lead integration work with Intune, Jamf, and Entra ID, and mentor delivery consultants while maintaining clear documentation for handoffs.

About the Role

Bytemethod.ai is a ServiceNow focused AI consultancy and a wholly owned subsidiary of Dexian. We run implementations across ITAM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, BCM, and more for enterprise clients, and we need a Solutions Architect who lives on the infrastructure and operations side of the platform. This is a bench role, which means you will move between client engagements as priorities shift, not sit on one account for years. If you like variety and you are strong technically, this is built for you.

You will own architecture decisions on CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Hardware and Software Asset Management engagements. You will also support integration work with Intune, Jamf, and Entra ID, since that keeps showing up across our client base.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical architecture and design for CMDB, ITOM, and HAM/SAM Pro implementations from discovery through go live
• Own CMDB data model decisions and CSDM alignment, since almost every other module we implement depends on a clean foundation here
• Configure and troubleshoot Discovery patterns, Event Management rules, and asset lifecycle workflows
• Design and implement integrations with Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, and other enterprise tools as engagements require
• Rotate across two to three active client engagements at a time, ramping quickly on each environment
• Support pre-sales conversations and SOW scoping when the account team needs technical input
• Mentor delivery consultants and document architecture decisions so knowledge transfers cleanly when you rotate to the next engagement

Certification

Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. CIS-HAM or CIS-SAM required. CIS-Discovery a strong plus.

Core Platform

Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, GlideRecord and GlideAjax, REST and SOAP integrations

Hands on implementation experience, not just configuration exposure

ITOM

CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping preferred

Integrations

Real configuration experience with Intune, Jamf, or Entra ID

Experience

5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as lead architect

Soft Skills

Comfortable owning architecture decisions solo on a client call, and comfortable documenting clearly for handoff
