GroupAtos Group is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to translate customer requirements into technical designs and lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions. You will run design workshops, engage with customers, and collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.

Location is hybrid with UK security clearance and travel as needed. The role offers opportunities to lead initiatives, mentor peers, and advance within Engage ESM practices.

Competenze

• 3+ years of software implementation experience in either a development or consulting role.
• Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and projects.
• Ability to produce documentation at various levels including technical and customer facing.
• Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management or any large enterprise SaaS solution.
• Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential.
• ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are highly desirable.
• Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
• Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
• Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) beneficial.
• Must be prepared to travel.
• Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK.

The primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and then lead the technical delivery of the chosen design.

ServiceNow or other ITSM Toolsets (HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, Cherwell, etc.)

Location: Flexible Work Model – Hybrid working with a minimum of 2-3 days per month in the office, supporting productivity, collaboration, and employee well‑being.

Essential Criteria

Most of our clients are UK Public Sector and Defence so require Security Clearance. In order to qualify for Security Clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years. If you are unable to meet these criteria, we cannot progress your application.
