Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a high-impact ServiceNow Architect to define and own the enterprise architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and more. You will lead solution architecture, govern standards, and advise C-level stakeholders on modernization and AI adoption during large-scale transformations.

You will guide architecture workshops, mentor senior consultants, and drive best-practice adoption while supporting pre-sales and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Multiple enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience leading global ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow product suites.
• CTA certification required.

Responsibilities
