Job summary

Cbase Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Platform Architect to drive enterprise-wide platform strategy from remote locations in the United States.

You will own the architecture roadmap and govern implementation across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, FSM, and custom apps. Require 10+ years of IT experience, 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture, multiple global deployments, and CTA/CSA certifications.

• Multiple enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience leading global ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow product suites.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Lead solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, FSM, and custom applications.
• Provide architecture governance and oversee platform standards, design authority, and technical quality.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on platform strategy, modernization, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Lead complex architecture workshops and executive design sessions.
• Define integration, security, data, CMDB, and platform governance strategies.
• Mentor architects and senior consultants across large-scale transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and Expert Services methodologies.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution reviews, estimations, and strategic pursuits.
