Role Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to manage large ITSM implementations and migrations to Government Community Cloud (GCC) High environments. Key responsibilities include assessing current processes, defining solution requirements, and executing implementations and migrations.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in ITSM
• ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB
• Experience in three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments and compliance
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience focusing on ITSM and integrations
• 5+ years in ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• Proficiency in documenting tool requirements and comparing vendor products
• Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow JavaScript and Glide
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Web development experience
• ITILv3 Expert designation

Qualifications
