Everforth ECS seeks an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration expertise.

Lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences, and build seamless connections between ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and HR process knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Service Center.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong experience integrating Microsoft applications (Azure AD, Teams, Microsoft 365).
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers and employee requests.
• Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Solution Development

• Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events)
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests
• Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions
• Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)

Microsoft Integration

• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Teams
• Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals
• Connect SharePoint for document management and Outlook for calendar events
• Leverage Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization
• Implement Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power BI)

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex integrations and workflows
• Document processes and train HR staff

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
